physical issues

“Physical issues are in my opinion mostly a combination of toxication, foreign fields (what this means I will explain next time), radio frequencies, infections and environmental issues.

In a way you could say; Life is to find yourself going deeper and deeper into it, day-by-day, step-by-step, to find out more and more about yourself.  To become stronger and stronger so that you don’t allow things from the outside to harm you in any way.

What I mean by saying this is that YOU are the most important person in your life.”

spiritual life

“Spiritual life is a combination of physical life and mentally-thinking people who are searching themselves to become more than what they see in the mirror.

A mirror does not show everything that is visible.  Spiritual people are those who see much more.”

“During this time where we have so much ’damaged’ food (it seems as if it was never as bad as now), we all have to improve the quality of our nutrition.

The simplest way is to become conscientious about what you are doing in that moment when you are cooking, either for yourself or for other people.

Bless the food which you are touching.  Bless it and pray that it may become your medicine. This will quench your real thirst and hunger, and the light will work as a cure to heal you.”

“Now, a little voice tells me to talk about the animals.  Animals are living beings who give you life from their moments of joy.

As creatures they are simpler in their way of thinking, and they do not judge in the same way as humans do.

Nor do they carry a grudge, but they can forget anger and fear when they are met with love; they only remember the ‘sensation’ they had when they were not calm.

I have been taught that through watching the animals and listening to their feelings, I can learn a lot about my life purpose here on earth.

Animals are more pure.  No double thoughts, and no materialistic thinking.”
